If you want to be big, you have to eat big.

I get up super early and don't have much time for breakfast, so I put the following in a shaker bottle:
1 can full-fat organic coconut milk
1 serving Metabolic Drive protein powder
1 tablespoon (give or take) instant coffee
I add some water to thin it out/top it off. I drink it. It's delicious and 990 calories. In the past I've used a weight gain powder and brought the calorie count up to roughly 1300.
Anybody else got a favorite convenient breakfast that supports your gym goals?
