I use these as a finisher or accessory after my heavier rowing; today I did two sets of 15 after five much heavier sets of chest-supported rows. A trainee could easily use this as a main horizontal pull, however. Aside from all the benefits of the row, I love that these help solidify the deep squat position, and present a unique challenge to the hip stabilizers, spinal erectors, and abs.
